Detailed Description: Lake Rescue comfortable and roomey chalet that sleeps 16 2 seperate lower and upper units for your useage. The attic has a pull down ladder and has 2 double beds and 2 twin beds....great for the teenagers privacy. *$200 non refundable pet deposit.
Short-Term Reservation/Cancellation Policy
- Reservation Policy: We require 50% deposit within 5 days to confirm a reservation and balance due 61 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Up until 61 days before arrival we will refund the deposit less 10%. 60 Days or less there is no refund. All monies will be forfeited by TENANTS and retained by Tiki and Associates on the OWNER'S behalf. All cancellations must be in writing via email or mail to Tiki and Associates. If vacancy can be filled 50% refund of TOTAL RENTAL amount. Remember that the lease agreement may not be assigned or sublet the property in whole or part to any party not listed on your lease agreement.
