Detailed Description: Property has two bedrooms and two baths on the main level with a large open kitchen and dining area with seating for eight . There is a built in microwave, a wall oven and a dishwasher. Open living room overlooking Lake Bomoseen with sliders to a large deck. Master bedroom with bath off the living room and sliders out to the upper level deck. The lower level has a bedroom with a bunk bed, a large family room with another bunk bed with a door to the lower deck right on the water with a dock. Bring your fishing poles and BBQ those lake trout on the deck.
Short-Term Reservation/Cancellation Policy
- Reservation Policy: We require 50% deposit within 5 days to confirm a reservation and balance due 61 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Up until 61 days before arrival we will refund the deposit less 10%. 60 Days or less there is no refund. All monies will be forfeited by TENANTS and retained by Tiki and Associates on the OWNER'S behalf. All cancellations must be in writing via email or mail to Tiki and Associates. If vacancy can be filled 50% refund of TOTAL RENTAL amount. Remember that the lease agreement may not be assigned or sublet the property in whole or part to any party not listed on your lease agreement.
