- Reservation Policy: The first renter that makes a 10% deposit and signs the lease agreement has reserved the property for the ski season.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for ski season rentals will have all monies returned to renter as long as unit is rented to another party within a minimum of 60 days before lease commencment minus a $150.00 processing charge.
